Wedding Photography

Your wedding is all about the two of you sharing the laughter, tears and intimacy of your special day with friends and family. You’ve probably been planning for months or even years, making sure every detail is perfect and reflects both of you as a couple. The photos taken of the day should do the same. I know how important those precious moments are.

Most of my weddings are shot in Norfolk. However, I am also happy to travel to weddings further afield if required.

If you haven’t already, take a peek at one of my Recent Wedding Galleries here or you can view one of the Featured Weddings, click here to view Alison and James’ big day.

My style is predominately reportage, capturing the moments of the day as they unfold. You will often find me crouching in bushes or hiding behind a wall (I do stop at camouflage makeup!). But of course many couples do like to have some formal or informal group shots which is no problem at all. It is also great to spend a little time with just the bride and groom to get those all important romantic couple shots.

It’s all about you and as a wedding photographer I am there to capture your special day in a way you feel comfortable and happy. I am not one of those bossy wedding photographers who shouts at guests and leaves you feeling like they have taken over your day. I am there to record your day as it happened and also guide the more formal shots in a polite and discrete manner. If you want to be a bit more adventurous and are up for a giggle then that’s fine by me too! It’s your day.

Below is a brief overview of what is included in every wedding photography package.

Prices and Packages

The wedding photography packages range from £695-£1595+. But if none of the packages suit your requirements then a tailor made package can be created.

Included in all of the packages is…

Katie Hart… on the day. I only shoot one wedding per day, so I won’t be rushing off to photograph someone else’s wedding.

Style and Approach: The important bit… hopefully you have booked Katie Hart photography because you love the style of photography and my approach to wedding photography. I work in a polite and discrete manner, capturing the day as it unfolds but I am also able to guide the more formal groups and the ‘alone time’ with the bride and groom.

Pre-wedding chat: Making sure we are all on the same wave length is important and vital to making sure the day runs smoothly. A no-obligation chat can be arranged in person or via Skype. Then usually once a couple has booked their wedding photography I will then meet with them again approximately 6 weeks prior to the wedding day. This is for us to discuss the timings and running order of the day, the locations/venues and the key guests on the day. These details will then be collated together and emailed to you so we all know the ‘plan’ for the big day. My style is predominately informal and candid but there are the all important group shots and bride and groom moments that will also be discussed.

Post-Production: All post-production and retouching is carried out by myself, ensuring that each image looks just right. Multiple group photos will be taken just in case we have any ‘blinkers’.

Online Gallery: Your wedding images will be uploaded to a private online gallery once post-production has been completed. Friends and family can be provided with the password and then login to view and order prints. Your images will be available to view online 4 weeks after your wedding.

USB Flash Drive:  You will receive all of your edited photos on a USB flash drive with a licence to print.
